Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about working with Cardinal Verification.
What is Cardinal Verification?
A confidential research and documentation firm. We verify identities, relationships, and business claims, and document contract and consumer disputes, using publicly available information.
What types of services do you offer?
Identity and relationship verification, business investigation, pre-litigation research, and contract/consumer dispute documentation.
What information do you use?
Only publicly and lawfully available information — public records, court filings, business registries, and documents you provide.
Do you run credit reports?
No. We are not a Consumer Reporting Agency, and our reports cannot be used for credit, employment, or housing decisions.
How do I get started?
Request a discovery call. We'll confirm scope, pricing, and next steps in a free 15-minute conversation.
Are you a timeshare exit company?
No. We don't promise to cancel contracts, negotiate on your behalf, or charge large upfront fees. We document the gap between what you were told and what you signed.
Who are your reports for?
Individuals making personal or financial decisions, attorneys who need supporting research, and consumers pursuing a dispute or complaint.
Are your services legal?
Yes. We do not conduct surveillance, access protected records, or use any methods outside public and legal research.
Do you work with attorneys?
Yes. We can prepare documentation for your own use or deliver it directly to your attorney.
Can I speak with someone before I order?
Yes — every engagement starts with a free discovery call.
Can you get me out of my contract?
No — we're upfront about that. We provide documented evidence you or your attorney can use to pursue cancellation, a complaint, or negotiation.
How is my information kept confidential?
All engagements are confidential. Your information is used only to prepare your report and is not shared with third parties.
Do you guarantee specific outcomes?
No. We provide documented research and findings — the decision and any outcome (legal, negotiation, or otherwise) is yours or your attorney's.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on scope. We'll quote you clearly on your discovery call before any work begins.
Do you offer rush services?
Rush timelines may be available depending on the scope of work and current caseload. Ask about rush availability during your discovery call.
